Door One
Our Own
Customer zero is us.
Before anyone rents this stack, we run on it. InferenceDevices' own
publishing, media, and software work runs on the same dedicated nodes, the
same open-weight models, the same ledger a tenant gets.
That is not a demo program. It is how the stack earns trust: a model that
refuses our own work never reaches a tenant, and a defect we would ship to a
customer is a defect we ship to ourselves first.
Door Two
Private Companies
Confidentiality is the driver.
For companies whose need is privacy, not provocation: one customer per
physical machine, encrypted storage whose keys the tenant holds, and a
billing and activity ledger you can read line by line.
Privacy here is architectural — a fact about the machine — not a clause in
a contract on infrastructure shared with everyone. The uncensored stack is
one preload among several; discretion is the product.
Door Three
Creators
Sovereignty without ownership.
The market's mental model is binary: hosted policies, or own a rig. This
is the missing middle, named for the people living in it — political media
shops, indie studios, authors.
Open weights chosen because they do the work: persuasion, satire of public
officials, advocacy, fiction and film for adults. You don't have to own the
machine to own the policy.
